What's new on Raise Lens, June 2026

By Andrew Holden

The database picked up 35 new opportunities across grants, tenders, and subcontracts in the past 30 days. These are brand-new programmes that weren't in the index before, not deadline refreshes on existing listings.

The spread this month leans heavily towards infrastructure-scale capital and Latin American procurement, with a few accelerator-format entries rounding out the subcontracts feed. Here's what's worth your time.

New grants worth a look

The grants feed added 15 new entries. Several are large fund vehicles rather than open-call grants, so eligibility depends on your stage and geography. Four stand out.

World Bank Clean Technology Fund

The Clean Technology Fund (CTF) from the World Bank / Climate Investment Funds is one of the more accessible routes onto this list if you work in low-carbon technology deployment in developing countries. It covers renewable energy, energy storage, grid modernisation, sustainable buildings, and electric mobility. Amount is unlisted on the public-facing record, but the CIF programme history suggests country-level tranches in the tens of millions. If your organisation works with national development banks or government agencies in eligible countries, this is worth reading in full.

SNV Impact Driven Finance

SNV Netherlands Development Organisation's Impact Driven Finance programme sits at the intersection of blended finance and development grant-making. SNV specifically addresses the $2.5 trillion annual financing gap for climate and development in the Global South, and their mechanisms are designed for organisations working on sustainable finance solutions rather than direct implementation projects. If you're building a fund, a financial product, or a market-access vehicle for emerging economies, this is more relevant than it might look at first glance.

Advancing Climate-Smart Agriculture in Africa (AICCRA)

The AICCRA additional funding round is listed under an unknown primary funder, but the underlying instrument is an IDA grant from the World Bank, approved as a $40 million top-up to the Accelerating Impacts of CGIAR Climate Research for Africa project. The range in the listing ($5M to $210M) reflects the full programme envelope. Country focus: Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Mali, Senegal, and Zambia. Relevant to organisations delivering climate-smart agriculture extension, validation studies, or digital advisory tools for smallholder farmers in those six countries.

Energy Impact Partners European Fund

Energy Impact Partners has registered a $429 million European Fund targeting net-zero transition technologies across Europe. Sectors covered include hydrogen and e-fuels, carbon capture, climate software, and sustainable buildings, alongside the more obvious renewable energy and storage plays. This is growth-stage capital, not a grant in the traditional sense, but it is non-dilutive-adjacent for debt instruments and revenue-based structures that EIP occasionally deploys alongside equity. Worth monitoring if you're a European climate-tech venture looking beyond Horizon Europe.

A note on two other entries in the grants feed: the S2G Ventures Solutions Fund I (up to $1 billion) and the Hy24 Clean Hydrogen Infrastructure Fund are both institutional-scale vehicles with a clear growth-stage or infrastructure mandate. They're in the index and worth saving to a watchlist, but early-stage founders and small nonprofits are unlikely to be the primary audience for either. The Qualcomm India AI Fund ($150M) has been captured by our relevance filter but sits outside the core sustainability taxonomy, so treat it as context rather than a live lead unless your work connects directly to Indian technology markets.

Tenders and contracts

Ten tenders came in this month. The five new ones flagged in this update are concentrated in Colombia, with contract values listed in Colombian pesos converted to USD. A heads-up on those figures: the raw USD equivalents in the listing look very large because they reflect nominal peso amounts. Treat them as indicative.

If Colombia isn't a priority market for you this month, file these under watchlist rather than active pursuit. The procurement context is specific and the timeline information is not yet confirmed in the listings.

Subcontracts and partner programmes

Ten subcontracts and accelerator entries are in the feed. Five are highlighted here. Note that "subcontracts" on Raise Lens covers several distinct opportunity types: conventional subcontracts under a prime contractor, accelerator cohorts, partner programmes, and open innovation challenges. The type is shown in each listing.

  • B2C Revenue Scaler Innovation Pitches (accelerator cohort). Sector data is thin on this one, so vet the full listing before committing time to an application.

  • RSCG (accelerator cohort). Similarly sparse on detail in the current record.

  • Climate Economy Accelerator (accelerator cohort). The strongest sectoral match in this feed: climate software and data, climate fintech, renewable energy, carbon removal, sustainable buildings, electric mobility, and circular economy. If you're an early-stage venture or nonprofit in any of those spaces and are open to an accelerator format, this is worth a closer look.

Use this in Raise Lens

Here's how to put this month's update to work:

  1. Head to /opportunities and filter by sector first. If you work in climate-smart agriculture or clean energy, the grant feed has three relevant entries this month; stack the sector filter with "grant" as the opportunity type to surface them cleanly.
  2. Save funders you want to track (SNV, World Bank CIF, Energy Impact Partners) to a watchlist on /funders. When those funders add new programmes, you'll see them in your feed without re-running the search.
  3. Set a saved search with alerts for your core sector and "accelerator cohort" as the opportunity type. The Climate Economy Accelerator entry is a good test case: this is exactly the kind of programme that moves fast once a deadline is confirmed.
  4. For the Palladium AMR subcontract, the deadline is 10 June 2026. If it's relevant, open the listing now and use /draft to sketch your capability statement before going to Palladium's portal.

All 35 opportunities are live and filterable now. Browse the full June intake on /opportunities, sorted by date added, or filter by sector to go straight to what's relevant to you.
