What Raise Lens is
Raise Lens (“we”, “us”, “the service”) is a discovery tool for sustainability funding. We pull publicly-listed grants, tenders, programmes and funder profiles direct from funder portals, then add auto-generated summaries and classification on top. We don't award funding ourselves and aren't affiliated with any funder.
Raise Lens is operated by Greystones Advisory Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15880604), registered office Greystones, Waterhouses, Stoke-on-Trent, England, ST10 3HZ. In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company.
Accuracy and source of truth
We try to keep listings current but the source of truth is always the original funder page. Always check the original listing before applying. Auto-generated summaries are derived from the funder's own copy and may contain errors; flag inaccurate ones with the thumbs-down button so we can catch drift.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
Acceptable use
- Don't scrape, mirror, or resell the dataset, or train machine-learning models on it without our written permission.
- Don't abuse the API or feedback endpoints (rate-limited; sustained abuse will result in suspension).
- Don't misrepresent yourself when contacting funders we link to.
- Don't use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive, or that infringes third-party rights.
Subscription and billing
- Paid features (saved items, weekly digest, match scores, named actors) are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices shown at sign-up apply for the current term.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from Account → Manage subscription. Cancellation ends access at period end; we don't pro-rate refunds on monthly plans. Annual subscriptions are refunded pro-rata for the unused months.
- Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance and only apply at your next renewal.
- Statutory rights (including the UK 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts) are unaffected by these terms.
Intellectual property
Underlying funder content remains the property of the funders publishing it. Auto-generated summaries, classifications, and layout are ours; you may view them for personal or internal business use as part of your subscription. Wholesale republication or resale requires written permission.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance is announced where possible. We may add, change, or remove features over time; major changes affecting paid features will be communicated in advance.
Liability
Raise Lens is provided “as-is”. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for losses arising from missed deadlines, mis-classification, factual errors in summaries, or any decision you make based on a listing here. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that can't be limited under UK law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, except that consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
Changes to these terms
Material changes are announced in-product and via email to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance.
