The Initiative for Transitional Justice in Africa (ITJA Project) is a consortium-based initiative funded by the European Union and implemented by the funder), the International Center for Transitional Justice, the Centre for the Study of Violence and Reconciliation, and the African Union. The initiative aims to advance implementation of the 2019 African Union Transitional Justice Policy Framework (AUTJP) broadly across the African continent.
