The programme operates as part of a broader systems-change strategy that also includes test-bedding solutions through projects and enabling the ecosystem through stakeholder collaboration. By catalysing capital, the Alliance aims to ensure that economically viable, environmentally beneficial, and socially responsible plastic waste solutions can attract the investment needed to achieve meaningful scale.
