ACGF provides Sharia-compliant credit guarantees to partner financial institutions (PIs) to de-risk lending operations and increase their willingness and ability to lend to MSMEs in Afghanistan. Guarantees cover a share of the default risk of financing provided by PIs to their borrowers.
