About this grant
The Horizon Europe programme funds demonstration projects that implement transformative climate adaptation and resilience solutions across borders. Projects must show how multi-actor collaboration, digital tools and artificial intelligence can build climate-resilient infrastructure and systems in vulnerable regions, with emphasis on cross-border impact aligned with the EU Adaptation to Climate Change Mission.
