About this grant
This financing scheme supports the construction and renovation of residential housing designed to meet higher energy-efficiency and affordability standards across Europe. Eligible applicants include large companies, small and medium-sized enterprises, nonprofits, local authorities, social enterprises and consortia operating in EU member states and wider Europe. The scheme is open to organisations at prototype, pilot and mature scaling stages; early-stage ventures are not eligible. Financing is available as a combination of grant funding, concessional loans and blended instruments to support viable housing projects.
