This capital mobilisation partnership funds projects and initiatives across energy, industrial decarbonisation, circular economy, and food systems in Latin America. The grant supports ventures that can attract institutional investment alongside the funding provided, scaling climate and sustainability solutions in these priority sectors. Startups, small and medium-sized enterprises, large companies, nonprofits, social enterprises and consortia are eligible. Projects must be based in or serve Latin America and demonstrate genuine capacity to mobilise private capital. All development stages from prototype through to mature scale are considered. Blended finance, project finance and concessional finance structures are available.
