About this grant

This call supports targeted initiatives addressing digital transformation and economic resilience in developing countries. Two priority areas are the Digital Action Plan, which advances digital infrastructure and trade capacity, and the Vulnerability to Viability (V2V) Compact, which strengthens climate resilience in economies facing climate vulnerability. Grants, concessional finance and blended finance are available through the call, drawn from a US$1.5 billion digital-infrastructure programme and economic-stability initiative. Eligible applicants include nonprofits, local authorities, research institutions, social enterprises and consortia working in partner countries across Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East and North Africa, and other parts of the Global South. Projects at any stage of development may apply. Proposals must address climate vulnerability and adaptation in developing economies and align with either the Digital Action Plan or V2V Compact priorities, demonstrating measurable development impact in partner countries.
