Durch die Flutkatastrophe 2021 wurden im Stadtgebiet Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler das Kanalnetz zum Teil stark beschädigt. Die Stadt beabsichtigt nun die Wiederherstellung der Ringener Straße. Hinsichtlich der Einzelheiten wird auf die beigefügte Leistungsbeschreibung Bezug genommen, welche Bestandteil der Vergabe- und Vertragsunterlagen ist.
