Die the funder planen eine Erweiterung der bestehenden Fernwärmenetze der Stadt Bad Saulgau. Ein Großteil des Stadtgebietes soll mit Fernwärme erschlossen werden, wobei nachhaltige und zukunftsweisende Energiequellen zur Wärmeerzeugung eingesetzt werden. Hierzu wurden bereits Fördermittel nach der BEW-Richtlinie (Modul 1) bewilligt und die Planungsleistungen (HOAI Leistungsphasen 2-4) erbracht und eine Machbarkeitsstudie erstellt.
