About this tender
The Cheshire and Warrington Combined Authority (CWCA) is commissioning consultants to develop a strategic, place-based evidence base and outline water plan. This work will support the Independent Economic Review (IER) for the subregion and align with regional water system planning pilots led by DEFRA's Regional Systems Planners (RSPs).
