La Région Bretagne lance une procédure adaptée ouverte pour accompagner les lycées publics bretons dans la lutte contre le gaspillage alimentaire. La prestation se décompose en deux phases : la phase 1 accompagne 20 établissements dans la mise en place d'un plan d'actions, et la phase 2 accompagne 20 autres établissements dans la sensibilisation et la mise en place d'un plan d'actions. La mission consiste notamment à coconstruire avec les équipes de restauration un plan d'actions adapté aux enjeux identifiés dans chaque établissement.
