Development of Activity 2.2 for the AGAMENON project, involving the procurement of integrated flight operations services for medium-altitude (MALE) and/or high-altitude (HAPS) unmanned aerial systems with persistent flight capabilities, equipped with embedded sensors. The contract encompasses flight operations, data processing applications development, and project management. Execution is linked to Activity 2.3, including data processing applications development, flight plan execution, and results analysis. Services will utilize PTFSA's Canarias Stratoport for HAPS&UAS infrastructure in Fuerteventura and the ISSEC center for data collection and processing. The project supports early detection systems for managing unaccompanied minor immigration (AGAMENON project).
