Gegenstand dieses Verhandlungsverfahrens sind Leistungen zur Vergabe eines Planungsauftrags für die Planungsleistungen der Objektplanung im Leistungsbild "Gebäude und Innenräume" für die Sanierung & Modernisierung der Festhalle "Baulandhalle" in Osterburken, gemäß HOAI 2021 §§ 33 - 37.
