Architectural and engineering planning services for the renovation of a classroom wing in the basement of Otto-Hahn-Realschule Plus in Bitburg. The contract covers performance phases 2 through 9 according to § 55 HOAI (German fee structure for architects and engineers) in connection with Annex 15.1 to § 55 paragraph 3 HOAI for plant groups 1 through 8. An additional special service is required: planning in BIM (Building Information Modeling) format.
