Procurement of planning services for technical building systems (Technische Ausrüstung) in accordance with § 55 HOAI, system groups 4-5 and 8, for the renovation (Umbau) of Hagenbach Secondary School (HS Hagenbach), Lot 03 TA-ELT. The scope includes a two-stage phased assignment: Stage 1 covers performance phases 1-4 under § 55 HOAI plus associated special services; Stage 2 covers phases 5-9 upon client written approval. Stage 2 assignment is conditional and may be called as a contract extension; no legal entitlement to Stage 2 exists.
