The facility comprises a five-storey administrative tract (built 1972, expanded by two floors in 1986) and a two-storey workshop building (built 1972). Total building volume (BRI) is 6,700 m³. Project planning services according to §34 HOAI (German fee structure for architects), including mandatory performance phases LP3-4, with optional phases LP5-6.
