Nach der erfolgten Durchführung eines Planungswettbewerbs wird nun der Entwurf des 1. Preises weitergeplant. Ziel ist weiter, ein in Planung, Bau und Betrieb wirtschaftlich optimiertes Gebäude, das im Bau, Betrieb, Zweckmäßigkeit und Unterhaltung die Anforderungen der Ausloberin einhält. Das Grundstück liegt an einem nach Norden ansteigenden Hang. Die Planung setzt das Gebäude auf einem begradigten Plateau, in ausgemittelter Geländehöhe. Die Baukonstruktion wird in Holzhybridbauweise im Sinne eines funktionalen Zweckbaus in zeitloser Eleganz und mit minimierter Instandhaltung geplant. …
