About this tender
Das Schweriner Schloss, seit 2024 UNESCO-Welterbe, soll im Bereich der Westbastion grundsaniert werden. Ziel ist die Sanierung von Dach, Nebenräumen im Erdgeschoss und Tiefkeller sowie der Ausbau zu einem Besucherzentrum für den Landtag Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Dabei sollen Bauteile brandschutztechnisch, statisch und bauphysikalisch ertüchtigt und nutzungstechnisch auf den aktuellen Stand der Technik gebracht werden.
