Staff availability and the intended subcontracting share must also be declared. Named-person qualifications are also required: traffic-safety supervisor (MVAS), BGR 128 and BG approval for PCB work, safety and health coordinator, GefStoffV coordinator, SprengG §7 permit and §20 responsible person for ordnance clearance, the designated planning coordinator, and an asbestos waste disposal operator. The bidder must be a jointly and severally liable consortium (Arbeitsgemeinschaft) with an authorised representative if bidding as a group.
