Die Umweltprobenbank des Bundes stellt seit Mitte der 1990er Jahre durch die systematische Archivierung von Umweltproben aus unterschiedlichen Ökosystemen in Deutschland eine belastbare Grundlage für zeitlich hochaufgelöste Umweltanalysen bereit. Aufbauend auf den im Projekt TrendDNA entwickelten und erprobten, qualitätsgesicherten Workflows zur Anwendung genetischer Methoden in der Umweltprobenbank sollen DNA Metabarcoding Verfahren nun in das Routineprogramm überführt und weiter fachlich konsolidiert werden. …
