About this tender

N.V. HVC seeks a Broker specialized in recruiting, selecting, and deploying interim professionals (freelancers, temporary workers) including contract management, administrative processing, and mitigation of legal, financial, and operational risks. The Broker acts on behalf of HVC toward the market and must cover the entire potential candidate market. Primary hiring focus is in the Projects department for technical projects, particularly for the Heat business unit (development and installation of heat networks and geothermal sources). Frequently hired roles include Plant/Maintenance Engineers, Project Managers/Leaders, Work Planners, and Site Managers. Secondary hiring occurs in HR, Communications, Finance, and Legal departments. The Broker is responsible for sourcing, pre-selection and contracting of qualified candidates through broad market outreach; contract management of supplier agreements; hour registration and centralized invoicing; and management reporting.
