Der Landkreis Starnberg benötigt für den Neubau des Gymnasiums in Herrsching die Leistung "TGA Gebäudeautomation, MSR". Es wurden zusätzliche Stundensätze für Programmierer und MSR-Techniker erforderlich, welche nicht im Leistungsverzeichnis erforderlich waren. Über diese Stundensätze werden zusätzliche notwendige Leistungen (programmtechnische Anpassung aufgrund von Sachverständigen-Anforderungen, Übernahme von Leistungen des Gewerkes ELT, etc.) notwendig, welche nicht Bestandteil des Hauptauftrages waren. Dies dient der Sicherung des Baufortschritts.
