About this tender
The funder seeks to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for the provision of independent Energy Efficiency Designer (EED) Services. The Framework will comprise suitably qualified and experienced Consultants who may be appointed to individual project commissions during the Framework term for Energy Efficiency, Sustainability and Decarbonisation Projects. The framework agreement will operate for 48 months, with tenders valid for 180 days. Consultants will be selected and appointed in accordance with procedures set out in the Framework Agreement.
