PROVINCE DE QUÉBEC MUNICIPALITÉ DE SAINT-ALEXANDRE-DE-KAMOURASKA Appel d’offres AVIS PUBLIC est, par les présentes, donné par le soussigné, directeur général de la Municipalité de Saint-Alexandre-de-Kamouraska : QUE la Municipalité de Saint-Alexandre-de-Kamouraska demande des soumissions pour : 1- La collecte et le transport des CONTENEURS à déchets vers un lieu d’enfouissement sanitaire 2- La collecte et le transport des ENCOMBRANTS vers le 10 rue Charles St-Pierre Rivière-du-Loup 3- La collecte et le transport des SAPINS DE NOËL vers le 10 rue Charles St-Pierre Rivière-du-Loup QUE le territoire à desservir est la Municipalité de Saint-Alexandre-de-Kamouraska, pour une période de trois ans, et ce, à compter du 1er janvier 2027; QUE les documents d’appel d’offres ne peuvent être obtenus que par le biais du SEAO ( http://www.seao.gouv.qc.ca ). Seules les soumissions présentées sur les formulaires fournis par l’intermédiaire du SEAO seront valides. Outre les entrepreneurs ayant un établissement au Québec, sont autorisés à soumissionner pour l’exécution des travaux ceux qui ont un établissement dans une province ou un territoire visé par un accord intergouvernemental de libération des marchés applicable à la Municipalité; QUE les soumissions sous pli cacheté portant la mention "SOUMISSION COLLECTE ET TRANSPORT DES MATIÈRES RÉSIDUELLES" seront reçues au bureau municipal, 629 route 289, Saint-Alexandre-de-Kamouraska, jusqu'au JEUDI, LE 26 NOVEMBRE 2026 à 10 h 00, pour être ouvertes publiquement, sous réserve des règles gouvernementales alors en vigueur, à 10 h 15 le même jour, dans le même lieu; QUE toute soumission doit, pour être valide, être accompagnée d’une garantie de soumission sous forme de chèque visé, de cautionnement ou de garantie bancaire valide pour une période de quatre-vingt-dix (90) jours d’un montant équivalent à dix pour cent (10 %) du montant total soumis, incluant les taxes (qui apparaît à la ligne « Grand total de la soumission »), et émise au nom de la Municipalité de Saint‑Alexandre-de-Kamouraska; QUE la Municipalité de Saint-Alexandre-de-Kamouraska ne s'engage à retenir ni la plus basse ni aucune des soumissions reçues. La Municipalité ne sera passible d’aucune poursuite ou réclamation pour frais ou pertes subis par les soumissionnaires à la suite de telles décisions.
