About this tender

The contracting authority, Urząd Gminy Krzymów (Krzymów Commune Office, Poland), is procuring municipal waste services for the period 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. The scope covers collection and treatment of municipal waste from residential properties in Gmina Krzymów, and from properties owned by the commune and listed in point I.4 of the Statement of Work (OPZ). Services must achieve the statutory recycling, preparation-for-reuse and recovery targets, and reduce the biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in line with the Polish Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (13 September 1996), the Wielkopolska Voivodeship Waste Management Plan for 2023-2028 and its investment plan, and the commune's own sanitation regulations (Council resolutions XXXV/170/2026, XXXV/171/2026 and XX/110/2016, and Sejmik resolution XXII/534/26 amending the regional plan). The second component is the organisation, maintenance and operation of a municipal Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK). The PSZOK must accept household waste from property owners free of charge, in any quantity, and the contractor must collect and transport the waste stored there to a municipal waste installation. Covered waste streams include paper and cardboard, metals, plastics, glass, multi-material packaging, biodegradable and green waste, hazardous waste, expired medicines and chemicals, non-medical household sharps, batteries and accumulators, waste electrical and electronic equipment, bulky furniture and waste, and textiles and clothing. Commercial and business waste is excluded. The contractor bears all costs of collection, transport, treatment, PSZOK operation and other obligations under the contract. Detailed performance and acceptance requirements are set out in SWZ Annex 16 (detailed description of the subject matter and delivery and acceptance requirements), and the draft contract terms are in SWZ Annex 17. The procurement uses the CPV codes 90500000-2, 90511000-2, 90512000-9, 90513100-7, 90000000-7, 90514000-3, 90533000-2 and 90511200-4. The tender is a Polish-language SWZ-based procedure published on TED. The page excerpt does not include eligibility criteria, evaluation weighting, value, or submission logistics, which would be in the full SWZ.
