About this tender

The Gmina Chorkówka (Poland) is procuring refuse collection and waste management services for residential properties in the municipality for 2027. The scope covers (a) collection and transport of municipal waste generated at residential properties in Gmina Chorkówka, and (b) treatment of that waste, excluding mixed (unsorted) municipal waste under code 20 03 01, biowaste under code 20 02 01, and selectively collected waste under codes 15 01 01, 15 01 06 and 15 01 07. The scope also includes (c) collection, transport and treatment of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Punkt Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych, PSZOK), excluding treatment of selectively collected waste under codes 15 01 01, 15 01 06, 15 01 07 and 20 02 01, and (d) operation of the PSZOK in Chorkówka. Collected waste must be treated in line with the Polish waste management act and the waste hierarchy. Under an inter-municipal agreement, mixed municipal waste, biowaste and selectively collected waste codes 15 01 01, 15 01 06 and 15 01 07 must be delivered to the Regional Waste Recovery Centre (Regionalne Centrum Odzysku Odpadów) in Krosno, operated by MPGK Krośnieński Holding Komunalny. Further conditions are set out in the draft contract and Annex 2 to the SWZ (tender specifications). The contract period is the 2027 calendar year.
