The buyer, Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o.o., is procuring the continuous collection, transport and recovery or recycling of waste code 19 12 12 (other wastes including mixed materials from mechanical waste treatment, excluding 19 12 11) from the Municipal Waste Disposal Facility (ZUOK) in Zawiercie, ul. Podmiejska 53. The estimated quantity is 3,000 Mg. The buyer may reduce the quantity without terminating the contract or changing its terms. The minimum guaranteed scope is 75% of the estimated quantity. The waste is loose and is loaded onto the contractor's transport by the buyer's equipment. The average load per moving-floor trailer is 18 Mg (±2 Mg). The calorific value is 9–15 MJ/kg. The contractor must provide its own vehicles at its own cost and is fully liable for loss, damage or shortfall from handover until recovery is complete. Collection runs Monday to Saturday in two shifts, or at other times agreed with the buyer. Weighing takes place on the buyer's scale, and the weighing slip is the sole basis for quantities. Waste transfer documentation is recorded in the BDO system. The contractor must recover the waste in an installation authorised for code 19 12 12. The installation may differ from the one named in the eligibility permit, but the contractor must then provide a permit for that other installation. Use of a non-named installation is capped at 30 days across the contract term. After each month of service, the contractor must submit a statement on the waste management method, specifying R12 recovery as listed in Annex 1 of the Polish Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Dz.U. 2023 item 1587), namely processing into refuse-derived fuel (RDF). The contract runs for 3 months. The notice title refers to Parts I and II, but the page text describes one scope and does not set out separate lots.
