Hankinnan kohteena on Hankintayksikön Kompostitarkastusten hyvien käytäntöjen kehittämishankkeen hankinta. Tarkemmin hankinnan kohteena on asiantuntijapalvelu, jossa tehtävänä on laatia selvitys kompostitarkastusten nykytilasta sekä opas ja viestintämateriaalia kompostitarkastusten hyvistä käytännöistä.
