Demolition and deconstruction of the old gymnasium building at Helene-Lange-Gymnasium in construction phase II (enclosed volume approximately 17,000 m³), including prior hazardous material remediation (approximately 4,500 m² of asbestos-containing materials / KMF). Work includes underground demolition of foundations according to plans, earthworks for exposure and excavation, and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste in accordance with the German Waste Management Act (KrWG).
