About this tender
Nordvästra Skånes Renhållnings AB (NSR) is establishing a dynamic purchasing system (DIS) for technical consulting and design services. NSR is seeking consultants to provide competence, experience and new perspectives as needs arise. The needs may vary over time and may range from technical investigations and engineering design to specialist support, design management and other technical consulting input. Assignments may cover land, roads, water and wastewater (VA), leachate, landfills, recycling facilities, buildings, structures, HVAC (VVS), electrical systems, architecture, occupational health and safety, and other related technical areas. The DIS is intended to create an open and accessible market in which both established consulting firms and niche specialist providers can take part. Suppliers that meet the qualification requirements may join on an ongoing basis throughout the system's validity period. When a specific need arises, NSR will run an individual procurement in which all approved participants are invited to submit tenders. Requirements for experience, specialist competence, availability, execution and price will be adapted to each assignment.
