About this tender
The contract is the design and construction of a complete module for preparing biodegradable waste for co-fermentation at the WKF at the Wrocław Wastewater Treatment Plant (WOŚ). The buyer, Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji S.A., requires a design-and-build contract. The page describes the scope as a single contract, not as separate lots. Design scope: preliminary design; building design with all required administrative decisions, approvals and opinions, including the final building permit; technical design; execution design; commissioning design; and a settlement cost estimate. The contractor must also obtain the use permit, provide copyright supervision, and ensure archaeological and unexploded-ordnance supervision where required by law or site conditions. Works scope: a biodegradable waste preparation building; reception and preparation tanks; a buffer tank for waste after pasteurisation; an odour air filter; a vehicle weighbridge; and associated installations. These include waste transport, emptying of drums and pallet containers, a suction hose with basket, hot and cold pressurised washing and rinsing systems, chemical dosing for grease dissolution, water supply, process water, sewage and storm drainage, and process heat using cogeneration energy with a backup system. Electrical, lighting, CCTV, SSWIN, access control, fire-protection cut-off, monitoring, process electrical and AKPiA automation are also in scope. The contract further covers extension of the existing SYNDIS RV energy visualisation system and the existing EcoStruxure SCADA v3.2 system, internal roads and manoeuvring areas connected to the existing road network, and other necessary facilities. Temporary and ancillary works, supplies and services needed to achieve the investment goal are included. Detailed requirements are set out in the Functional-Utility Programme (FPU) by E.CORAX Sp. z o.o. (09.2023), attached to the contract and to the SWZ, as amended by the buyer before the procedure began. The site is on plots 2/12 and 2/15 (a.m. 7, obręb 026401_1.0043 Pracze Odrzańskie) in the city of Wrocław. The contract duration is not stated on the page.
