About this tender
Prezenta procedură de achiziție publică are ca obiect realizarea achiziției publice de: a) servicii de proiectare (documentații pentru avize/acorduri/autorizații, DTAC, proiect tehnic și detalii de execuție), inclusiv verificarea tehnică de calitate a proiectului tehnic și a detaliilor de execuție, care cade în sarcina prestatorului și se realizează prin verificatori de proiecte atestați, independenți de echipa de proiectare; verificarea tehnică este poziție distinctă în cadrul componentei de proiectare; b) asistență tehnică din partea proiectantului; c) execuție lucrări; Nu fac obiectul prezentei achiziții: dirigenția de șantier (cap. 3.8.2 din Devizul General) și coordonarea în materie de securitate și sănătate pe durata execuției lucrărilor (cap. 3.8.3 din Devizul General). Aceste servicii se asigură de autoritatea contractantă separat, prin achiziții distincte, pentru a păstra independența supravegherii față de executant. Serviciile si lucrarile achizitionate au ca scop final implementarea proiectului cu titlul "Dezvoltarea retelelor inteligente de distributie a gazelor naturale in vederea cresterii nivelului de flexibilitate, siguranta, eficienta in operare, precum si de integrare a activitatilor de transport, distributie si consum final in comuna Vaideeni cu localitatile apartinatoare (Cerna, Cornet, Izvoru Rece, Marita, Vaideeni), judetul Valcea".
