About this tender

Eti Maden İşletmeleri Genel Müdürlüğü is procuring an energy audit service (Enerji Etüdü Hizmet Alımı) through an open tender under Law No. 4734. The scope is a total of four Enerji Etüt Raporu (energy audit reports), prepared for each of the Bandırma, Bigadiç, Emet and Kırka Işletme Müdürlükleri (operations directorates). Bidder eligibility

Bidders must be domestic (only Turkish bidders may participate) and cannot bid as a consortium. How bids are scored

The most economically advantageous tender is determined solely on price. There is no quality or technical scoring split disclosed. Electronic reverse auction (e-eksiltme) will not be held. Bids below the limit value (sınır değer) are subject to explanation under Article 38 of Law No. 4734. The applicable limit value coefficient (R) is 0.78 for 'Diğer Hizmetler' (other services). Bid validity is 90 calendar days from the tender date.
