Entwurfsbeschreibung: Die Historie: Das ehemalige Feuerwehrhaus in Igstadt steht an der Hauptstraße am Lindenplatz in der Ortsmitte. Das Gebäude aus den 1920er Jahren ist bautechnisch veraltet und sanierungsbedürftig. Die Funktion des Altbaus wurde durch einen Neubau einer Feuerwache an der Peripherie von Igstadt ersetzt. Im März 2020 wurde mit der Planung einer Neubau-Variante beauftragt. Die Neubauplanung fand die Zustimmung des Ortsbeirats und der Vereine. Die Aufgabenstellung: Der Vorentwurf mit qualifizierter Kostenschätzung ist Ende September 2021 abgeschlossen worden. …
