The Gemeinde Bietigheim plans to enable commercial development on about 62.5 ha south of the B3, between the existing Lidl site / former Bundeswehr equipment depot and the area towards Neumalsch. A key driver is the planned settlement of Amazon on a partial area of about 20 ha. The development requires new technical infrastructure for secure water supply and wastewater disposal. The infrastructure to be built comprises a foul-water sewer including a pumping station, a redundant drinking-water pipeline, and additional empty conduits (Leerrohre). The basic routing was already developed in a preliminary investigation, and the route is shown in an attached plan. This tender covers engineering services for HOAI Leistungsphasen 1 to 9. The scope includes coordination, permits, tendering and award, construction supervision, and property/object management after completion.
