Gegenstand des Verfahrens sind Planungsleistungen für das Leistungsbild "Technische Ausrüstung" gem. §§ 55 ff. HOAI 2021, LPH 3 - 9. Das heutige Gebäude besteht aus einem Ursprungsgebäude Baujahr 1965. In 1994 wurde dieses Gebäude vergrößert und in dessen Anschluss um eine Turnhalle erweitert. Das Hauptgebäude wurde in 2008 seitlich um einen Anbau erweitert, dem sogenannten OGS. Hierin befinden sich heute der Speisesaal und die Bücherei. …
