The Council's members are Asker, Bærum, Oslo, Nordre Follo, Ås, Nesodden and Frogn municipalities. In recent years, the Council has conducted environmental monitoring in cooperation with water areas Oslo, Inner Oslofjord West and PURA (Bunnefjorden with Årungen and Gjersjøvassdraget).
