Consultancy services for a Waste-to-Energy Project in Ethiopia, comprising: (1) comprehensive technical feasibility study, (2) full economic and commercial analysis, (3) complete financial feasibility analysis, (4) standardized financial model including approximate tariff estimation, and (5) full Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) compliant with Ethiopian EPA regulations and international best practice standards (AfDB Performance Standards, IFC Performance Standards, Equator Principles). A consulting firm will be selected using the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method.
