Bidder eligibility

Economic and financial solvency: a valid professional risk indemnity insurance certificate issued by the insurer, covering at least EUR 600,000 per claim and in aggregate or per insurance year, must be valid until the end of the bid submission period. A binding commitment to take out this insurance if awarded is accepted for compliance, and it must include renewal or extension commitments as appropriate. This insurance is required to verify economic capacity; the operative insurance for contract execution is governed by Annex 7 of the Plec. Technical and professional solvency: as set out in Clause 6 of the Plec de bases (details not reproduced on the notice page). Bidders must submit the European Single Procurement Document (DEUC).
