Für den Ersatzneubau des Instituts für molekulare Biologie (ImBIG) am Campus Poppelsdorf der Universität Bonn werden Fachplanung Brandschutz (Brandschutzkonzept) und Fachbauleitung Brandschutz ausgeschrieben. Das viergeschossige Laborgebäude mit S1- und S2-Laboren wird in Holz-Hybrid-Bauweise mit vier brandabschnittsbildenden Kernen als notwendige Treppenräume errichtet. Gefordert sind Erstellung eines Brandschutzkonzeptes, brandschutztechnische Beratung aller Planungsphasen sowie Fachbauleitung während der Bauausführung (Baubeginn 07/2030, Fertigstellung 06/2034).
