Forestry services to be performed within the Kutno Forest District (Nadleśnictwa Kutno) in 2026. The scope includes: forest cultivation and protection work, fire protection measures, timber harvesting and extraction, and seed production. The contracting authority anticipates the possibility of awarding repeat orders under Article 214 paragraph 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law (PZP) within a three-year period from the date of the primary contract award. The scope of services for such repeat orders shall not exceed 30% of the value of the primary contract.
