Oslo kommune ved Renovasjons- og gjenvinningsetaten (heretter kalt Oppdragsgiver eller REG) inviterer til åpen anbudskonkurranse i forbindelse med kjøp av rammeavtale om mottak og behandling av blandet næringsavfall, inkludert containerleie. Det er behov for å anskaffe en rammeavtale for mottak og behandling av blandet næringsavfall til sortering fra Osloskolene. Kontrakten skal også innebefatte mottak av restlopper.
