About this tender

The Landkreis Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald is procuring external technical support for preparing municipal climate adaptation concepts (kommunale Klimaanpassungskonzepte) for lower-tier municipalities (kreisangehörige Kommunen) under §29f of the Baden-Württemberg Climate Act (KlimaG BW). The work is awarded as a framework agreement (Rahmenvertrag), with individual call-offs (Einzelabrufe) placing orders for several municipalities at a time. The tender covers four "Konvois", each grouping at least three and at most seven municipalities. A municipal-specific concept is to be produced for each municipality in a convoy within 12 months. No more than two convoys may run at the same time. If no municipal convoy is formed in a given year, the contracting authority may order demand positions (Bedarfspositionen) totalling 40 to 85 working days. These serve the district's duty under KlimaG BW §29f(1) sentence 3, supporting lower-tier municipalities in adapting to climate change impacts. Their nature and objectives are set out in the individual call-off. Payment is based on the unit positions agreed in the price schedule (Preisblatt).
