Metsähallitus Metsätalous Oy ostaa kokonaispalveluna jokihelmisimpukan (Margaritifera margaritifera) eli raakun esiintymisen selvittämistä virtavesistä ympäristö-DNA (eDNA) -menetelmällä. Selvitykset tulee toteuttaa lajispesifiseen PCR-pohjaiseen eDNA-analyysiin (qPCR tai dPCR) perustuen ja kohdistuvat alueisiin, joilla tullaan toteuttamaan virtavesikunnostuksia.
