About this tender
Genève Aéroport ("GA") souhaite réaliser une rénovation lourde du Grand Hangar (GH) et optimiser son fonctionnement. L’objectif principal du projet de rénovation du GH est de rénover l’enveloppe du bâtiment afin de réduire drastiquement « la consommation de chaleur de l’ouvrage » . Les objectifs secondaires sont listés par ordre de priorité ci-dessous : · Mettre aux normes tous les équipements qui le nécessite afin d’obtenir un niveau de sécurité conforme aux normes et loi en vigueur. · Maximiser la production solaire photovoltaïque pour atteindre l’objectif GA. · Rénover toutes les surfaces intérieures et les assainir de polluants et d’équipements obsolètes. · Labelliser le bâtiment DGNB - rénovation niveau "Argent". · Si nécessaire, procéder à une reprogrammation du bâtiment pour optimiser les activités qui s’y trouvent et les revenus locatifs associés. L’adjudicataire du présent marché sera un Planificateur Général (PG) a qui GA confiera les phases SIA 31 à 53 selon les règlements SIA 112 et SIA 102 (art 3.4.1 pour les prestations). Le PG doit prévoir dans son offre toutes les prestations des spécialistes qu’il considère nécessaires à la réussite de sa mission et à la réalisation du projet dans les règles de l’art. Les prestations des spécialistes peuvent être sous-traitées, étant précisé que l’identité des sous-traitants ne doit pas être communiquée au moment de l’appel d’offres, sauf pour le spécialiste en système d'extinction pour hangars aéronautiques (selon standard NFPA409 ou FM DS7.93) qui doit être déterminé au moment du dépôt de l'offre. Toute communication et/ou document concernant les autres éventuels sous-traitants sera considéré par GA comme purement indicatif et non liant. GA a choisi une ET pour l’exécution. Les prestations du PG pour les phases de réalisation ( SIA 51 à 53 ) seront celles d’accompagnement en tant qu’ AMO qualité .
