Le présent marché est passé sous la forme d'une procédure d'appel d'offres ouvert soumise aux articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2-1 et R.2161-1 et suivants du Code de la commande publique. Le marché est un accord-cadre de fournitures multi-attributaires (3 titulaires maximum) traité à bons de commande sur la base des prix unitaires détaillés par chacun des titulaires dans le bordereau des prix. La Ville retiendra 3 candidats maximum pour être titulaires. Si le nombre de candidats satisfaisant aux critères de sélection est inférieur à 2, la consultation sera déclarée sans suite. Le marché est conclu sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 10 000 000Euros HT, sur la durée totale du marché, en application des articles R.2162-2 à R.2162-6, R.2162-13 et R.2162-17 du Code de la commande publique. Le marché n'est pas un marché à tranches. Le marché prendra effet à compter de sa date de notification pour 4 ans fermes.
