About this tender
Neubau der Gebäudewärme inkl. Rohrleitungen durch reversible Luft‑/Wasser‑Wärmepumpe, die zugleich die redundante Kälteversorgung sicherstellt. Berechnete Heizlast ca. 24 kW, Lüftungswärmebedarf ca. 15 kW, gesamter Kältebedarf ca. 80 kW. Die Heiz‑ und Kältezentrale befindet sich im 2. OG des Neubaus, wobei je ein Heiz‑ und Kältepuffer mit ca. 3 000 l auf einer Zwischenebene installiert werden. Zur Ausführung der Leistungen darf nur Personal eingesetzt werden, welches zuvor zuverlässigkeitsüberprüft wurde und keine negativen Anhaltspunkte vorliegen. Ergänzend ist die Vergabe von 'Instandhaltungsleistungen' Gegenstand des Verfahrens.
