About this tender
DESCRIPTIF DES TRAVAUX Le projet porte sur la rénovation complète des trois sous-stations de distribution de chauffage et de production d’eau chaude sanitaire des bâtiments B, C et D de l’HEPIA, sis 4, rue de la Prairie à Genève, afin de se conformer aux exigences actuelles en matière d’optimisation énergétique et d’assurer une fonctionnalité optimale avec la nouvelle production de chaleur SIG. Le présent appel d’offres concerne les installations électriques de ces trois sous-stations , qui seront entièrement rénovées. Les travaux seront réalisés entre mai et octobre 2027. Plusieurs contraintes devront être prises en compte par les soumissionnaires dans l’établissement de leurs offres, à savoir : • Les travaux seront réalisés simultanément sur les trois sous-stations • Les travaux se dérouleront en site occupé, avec d’éventuels aménagements d’horaires en fonction des interventions à réaliser La sous-station B, située au premier niveau du parking public géré par la Fondation des Parkings, restera en activité durant la durée des travaux.
